Short answer: don't go here, they are dishonest as hell. Most recently they tried convincing me to get my brand new bushings replaced ($200-300 other places, tony VW wanted $1,200)
When I walked in I was greeted right away by Eric. I came in late a half hour before closing. I told him the car I came to look at and he had it ready to test drive. He was really friendly, patient and had a professional manner. This was my first time buying a car. He helped me throughout the process and answered all of my questions. We talked the numbers and got my a great deal. I would highly recommend to buy a car at this dealer with the service provided by Eric.
They have great cars, but customer services are getting worse in all departments, no basic commonsense and courtesy. Very disappointing.
