Tony Honda is my go- to for servicing my cat. All of the service employees are friendly and helpful-- from the phone agent to the service specialist, I always feel that my needs are being taken care of. My most recent experience was an unscheduled one when my battery check light came on. I called to see if they could the me that day, but their earliest appointment was the next morning; however, they took my car that day and helped me with a car rental so I could run the errands I needed to finish. Because I had the rental I waited until the next morning to pick up and the car was ready by 7am. Kudos to Wade for orchestrating everything!

Is it normal to charge $90 to just install one car license plate??? When I called them to ask if they install it for me, they said yes and it’s fee to put it on, and when I got there they ended up charging me $90. This is ridiculous!!! This place is the worse honda dealer ship ever!!!
We also want to recommend David, one of the service representatives, for a great service experience. David greets you by name and is always happy to walk you through exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. He's also probably one of the nicest people I've ever worked with at any dealer service department. He's excellent at what he does!
My wife and I just recently purchased a Honda Fit from Tony Group a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience! Our salesman, Andre, was attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, and I'd recommend him to anybody who is looking to avoid the runaround and is looking for someone with their best interest in mind. Andre communicated with us every step of the way and made the process really easy. He's an exceptional salesman and a wonderful person!
I was gifted an oil change from my father through tony vw. I have a Honda so they weren't able to service my car there. They had me drive over to Tony Honda (same parking lot) and ask for John. Unfortunately I didn't get his last name but he was the most helpful person I've ever encountered there. He said don't worry that I didn't have an appointment with them and he was going to take care of my oil change asap. Within the hr he was already done and had me on my way. We bought our van here and have dealt with the service department before and never before have I had someone so helpful. Service isn't usually bad there, but not nearly as accomadating or friendly usually.
