Just bought my 2017 Silverado from here. Overall was a great experience. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Derrick was very helpful with the financing and made my first purchase easy.Justin was my sales rep, and he was awesome. He made everything so easy and go smoothly. He was very honest with everything and tried to get the best deal for me. If you guys are looking to buy a new truck go through him you won't regret it.

Athan was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in as well as the vehicles he suggested that I consider. He was very well versed in the pricing, specials, discounts and rebates. He facilitated in processing the paperwork, obtaining the necessary insurance information and getting the vehicle ready for me. He was patient while showing me the details and settings for the car. Steve was excellent in assisting me with the financing, helping me understand all of the options and plans that were available, explaining and completing the forms. I highly recommend working with them as they will give you the best deal possible and treat you like family.
I am at a loss. Today was a horrible experience. Dropped my 2016 Silverado 2500HD off for an Onstar failure issue the night prior. Was called at 0800 this morning from service rep letting me know they had my truck and would preform the warranty work. Expected to only have the truck for a day. At 1530 was called and told they were not able to do the android auto update and that they were still addressing the Onstar issue. At 1630 was called back and informed they had actually done nothing to address the Onstar issue. If I wanted them to look into it I would need to agree to possible charges being I have an aftermarket overhead DVD and GM may not warranty my truck. Also told they couldn't contact GM at this point to diagnosis the issue because GM was on east cost time and closed. My problem is not agreeing to possible charges but the fact they had my truck an entire day and did nothing but call to tell me I might have to pay for something they have not looked at. Who does business like this? If I could give zero stars I would. A colasal waste of my time. all this could have been avoided if they had appropriately scheduled and actually done a job. So pissed off it is hard to not cuss someone out. Worst experience ever and this coming from someone who expects dealerships to not be very accommodating of their customers.
