Made an appointment to have 1 (one) tire replaced. Arrived at the service center well ahead of the appointment. They unfortunately did not have the tire instock, however, the other location did. They sent someone over to get the tire needed, as I sat in the waiting area with my 2 young kids, not one person kept me updated. I had to seek out the status of my vehicle. 3 hours of waiting and still no word. And when I did ask for status I was greeted with less then stellar customer service. Way to keep your customers happy!! I will not be coming back. I will have my 2017 Santa Fe serviced elsewhere. Congratulations!
Joshua was extremely pleasent and helpful. My friends lease on her Hyundai was coming to an end. Literally the very next day. She likes Hyundai products and was excited to lease another car from them. Joshua showed her the year end model specials and explained everything to us from start to end. The model she selected was the elentra 2017 hatch back in white. Smooth drive and just enough for what she needs right now. The financing was super easy. She got approved in minutes for her lease. Joshua and the finance manager were extremely honest people. Not like a typical car dealer were they try to con you in to purchasing things you don't need. A+ service to Hyundai.
Tire had a leak, brought it here (since they were the closest) and they fixed it up on the spot, even though its not a hyundai! Thanks for the great service.
