Just bought my first vehicle this past weekend from here. My friend bought a truck here couple weeks ago and i been wanting to get something so he told me to go here. I looked at their website prior to coming in, i called them on a 2012 honda accord and it was still available! Stopped here recently looking for a used car. Wow great sales staff and customer service. Very friendly place. Stopped in and looked at the 04 Mercedes, very clean.
We visited Bayview twice in a week and was greeted by Liloa who was very kind and patient with us. We left the first day with only options on our mind and was then followed up with a call the next day by Liloa. We went to our second visit there were more options and drove away with a nice vehicle and deal from Liloa. I would definitely recommend checking Bayview out! *2 thumps up*
I am only giving this place one star only because you have to give a star. I would be very cautious buying anything from this dealer. First of all, Troy, the manager lied about his personal past. He played off that he was something that he wasn't. My son purchased a car here, had for just a couple of months. The car had been parked most of that time, he knew right away that something was wrong. The transmission is shot. When he took it back, they told me that they would make it right with him. He paid $3000.00 for the car, he just wanted it fixed. Their idea of making it right was to give him $500.00 for the car and take it as a trade in on something much more expensive.
