David, the manager and the staff gives great customer service and are friendly.
Terrible service!! Time on the websites and store door stated closes at 4:00pm on sunday. Arrived at 1:41pm and the manager said we’re closed, I asked why and was told “we close when we want” totally unprofessional
I showed up with only a simple tire patch and only one person ahead of me. After 20 minutes the customer before and after me had come and gone. I was then told they had to get the patches from the warehouse. In the 40 minute following that conversation there had been 2 more customers come and gone. I could then hear the man at the desk ask what was going with my tire repair. Then reassured me that he was on his way from the warehouse. I finally left with a tire repair after almost an hour and a half despite it being a 10 minute procedure. I'm glad it's a free service because had I paid I would have been even more disappointed and livid.
