Nice people. Actual cost was more than estimate for battery replacement. They gave no explanation and I did not ask because I was in a rush.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.
The only thing they're good for is cheap tires. Do not go here for anything else. They will rip you off.
Always good experience with the one at Waipahu and Dillingham. But always bad experience with Pearl City.
The Firestones on island will try to rob you in labor costs. I bought the part and did it myself for a fraction of what they wanted.
