They had my number and could have updated me at any time. Then had to wait for another half hour in refund line.
These guys have always been helpful with me. I usually have a bunch of questions because I have multiple vehicles with different tires and the workers are always accommodating and able to answer my questions. And theyʻre always cool with breaking from their work to put air in my tires whenever I drive up. Yes there is usually a wait but thatʻs because theyʻre Costco busy - and theyʻre busy cause they have great products/services at good prices.
I just came in for an annual balance and rotation. Mind you, at the slowest time of the day. Only 2 cars of me. 3 hours later of waiting at Costco. I still see my truck in the parking lot. I asked about the status. Bronson said my truck was now in the stall, and that it will be half hour, quick job. I asked if he was sure because i needed to go to work. Then he said maby 45 minutes to an hour.
Absolutely horrible. I just needed a simple balance on all tires. Waited two hours with no update. When I finished shopping to check in an I was told that it would probably be a few more hours because one of their machines was down.
I asked for my keys then left. Bugger lied.
If you dont want to rotate my tires then tell me. Day waisted.
This place has absolutely no customer service skills.
Called to confirm tire prices and they were very helpful. I arrived 20 min before the shop opened and I was second in line. Took about an hour and a half to change my 4 tires so I went had had breakfast at FatBoys while I waited. Over all a good experience. They called me once the car was all done and I was good to go.
I would not recommend unless you drop off and can go the day without your car. Do not expect them to give you accurate estimate of how long it will take.
