My vehicle broke down from an oil leak. I called Fastlube Kunia to ask if they could do the repair. Woman on the phone replied yes but the mechanic wouldn't be available for a few days to do the fix. Asked if we would be able to bring the vehicle into the shop anyway until the mechanic would be available. She asked to hold on the line and she'll check with her manager. Put me on hold for 20 minutes before I decided to hang up. I don't believe it should take that long for a yes or no response. Had a feeling she didn't plan on returning my inquiry anyway. Not a way to handle it.
They didn't charge me for a diagnostic. Very helpful staff
Walk in and there are 3 people already waiting in waiting room (they were parked by the shop bay doors). Ask for a safety check. Person says sorry we don't have inspectors on the weekends will be in Monday. Now that is where the problem is.

Came on Saturday. Hours say open at 8:00 am. 2 workers in blue arrive before 8 am but are now waiting outside of building. Shop finally opens at around 8:20 am. Waited in car for them to open
Really sounds like they do safety checks everyday. Don't post on your website that you do safety checks all the time. Don't waste your time here. Management even cannot be there on time to open up. Lots of people work during the week and sometimes weekends are the only time we have to bring in our car. Go somewhere else for your service. Heard about horrible service from here before but thought to give it a chance since they never look to busy. Don't do it go elsewhere
Great job, really fast service and a comfortable waiting area. Almost $100 for an oil change is pretty expensive, $30 in parts and $70 in labor for a 20 min job.
Very good fast friendly and knowledgeable service. Went in for safety check and oil change. In and out no problem lovely.
