Waitress ( Ivy) very bad service not polite and waited half and hour for our food, food that supposed to come out cold was warm and food that supposed to be hot came out cold.

Went there on a whim because my husband and I were passing by. Read some really awesome reviews about this place, we went in and tried it ourselves. Very bad idea!!! We're still trying to figure out why they have mostly 5 star reviews?!!! No people!!! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! The food was horrible! No flavor, food at room temperature, the place was filthy!!! The glasses of water tasted like dish soap!!! Hell no!! Tried it once... NEVER going back!!! I'm amazed the health inspectors passed the place!!! And the man that greeted us at the door and the 2 women that serve??? Rude. Do not go there!!!
We have been going to Wong Kung for over 10 years and the food is always the way we love it. Already they know what food to bring us, since we've been going there such a long time. Sometimes there's a shortage on staff so you have to fly down the waitress if you need more water. Just remember that all money transactions are done near the fish tank. Many years ago they brought us our bill we had a credit card there and we're sitting. Lucky the waitress notice and gently told us to pay at the fish tank. Lemon Chicken, Sizzling Black Beans, Black Bean Chow Fun is always the best.
