I've been to this particular location multiple times and EVERY SINGLE TIME something has grossed me out.
The first time was later at night. The restaurant was pretty empty. My group and I had a waitress that couldn't be any worse at her job. She tended our table to take our order and to give us our food. No refills, never took dishes away. That's not was grossed me out. While waiting for our food for an hour, our waitress states "sorry, your food will be out any minute now" she then chuckled and says " this place is so disgusting". I don't know, might just be me but I feel like that's not something you say to customers.
The second time was a little more disgusting. I visited the men's restroom and there happened to be a staff member urinating from his rear end in the stall next to me which is fine but he didn't wash his hands when he was done. Then he proceeded back to the kitchen.
The last time I went, it was in the morning. I got a pancake combo plate. All of my food was good, except for my pancakes. I smothered my hot cakes in syrup, started cutting them up, and found syrup drenched hair. Multiple strands of hair.
This place needs a makeover. Different staff members mostly.
As Dennys go, this restaurant is a good example overall. The food is good, but every time we've gone, they struggle to serve everyone at the same time. My wife waited 20 minutes after the rest of us were served last time. Today, my daughters food was 10 minutes after the others. The highlight today was our waitress, Jo. She was awesome. We'll ask for her if we go back.
Place is smelly, food is normal Dennys food. Staff not ecstatic. Cleanliness is questionable.
Great am food, great service especially a wonderful server named, JO, always a joy to have her as our waitress Lunch menu could. Offer a few more choices. Been a customer for over 5 yrs.
Just got up and walked out after waiting 1 hour for food that never came; however, the people who came in 1/2 hour after us got there food 5 minutes before we left. I asked to speak to the manager, but she didn't come out so we just left. Worse restaurant experience ever.
