Small place but great food and great service
Was looking for some good authentic Mexican food while on the island. For starters the tortilla chips were cold and tasted like cardboard. I am a consiuer of tortilla chips and these were terrible, they tasted like a week old. I knew st this moment we should have gotten up and left, but due to the large party we had we decided to give it another chance. Second the shredded chicken in the quesadilla tasted an awful lot like canned chicken. I know there will be a report that it wasn't but if we are being honest going to write it how I feel. We got a taco that was on a corn tortilla and when asked to change this to flour the waitress got very upset and stating we had to ask to have a different one. I thought that's what we were doing. She was arguing with us instead of just fixing the problem. I love Hispanic food and i understand that not being on the mainland could pose a problem for the availability of food, but for goodness sake have some pride in your food and at least make it edible so people will write nice things and refer you out again!

Great food, atmosphere and nice size portions. Definitely will be a return trip in my future.
This is by far the best mexican restaurant that we have found on the island. The salsa and chips are pretty good and being from Texas that is the way you know if the place is good or not. It's incredibly small inside but the service is good. We'll be going back.
