Clean store, fast food, nice and pleasant employee. The food sucked. Don't know why it looked good but the flavor just wasn't there.
The food was Great!!! Just like Mainland KFC's!!! The Cleanest and Best KFC I have had on Island!!! Leaps and Bounds Ahead of the Mililani KFC!! Thank You, and keep up the Great Work here at Waikele KFC!!!
I had a good experience at this KFC location. The inside had ample seating which was nice. The staff was friendly and efficient. The dining room was reasonably clean. This shopping center can get busy around meal times but the KFC is far enough away from the big draws that parking isn't usually a problem.
This was the worst kfc I've ever been to by far!! It was clean enough and food was as expected, but the way the place is ran and the way the staff treats their customers is disrespectful. We asked if they had sugar for the unsweetened ice tea, we were given a rude "no" as a response. We had to ask for butter and honey for the biscuits, as we were not given any, and we were told "we don't have honey, we have jelly" My son then asked the cashier "can I have butter and jam then?" Her response was "do you mean jelly?" We were not given any sauce for our tenders or wedges. None was even offered. In addition to all of this, the cashiers take your order, then proceed to fill your order themselves, and then ring you up. This makes for a very long wait in line. The entire way the place is ran just makes you feel like you're intruding and unwanted.
June 12 ,2016...it is 1: 03 pm...sitting in this STEAM POT. ..waiting for the so called manager to fix the temperature. It is 83 degrees. I have mentioned it to two employees. One came back to is and said the manager is gonna fix it....nothing is some as of yet. They need to fix this problem not only for their costumers but the employees.
