OMG what a bunch of unfriendly people. I arrive at 7:15 for lab work but lab opens at 7:30. Ok I wait, at 7:35 the lady shows up to open. I walk to counter while lady removes closed sign which covers number dispenser. I am first person in line. Lady works on computer for a few minutes then asked for my number then the folks in line behind me grab numbers. The lady says where is your number. Holy cow what a load of dirty clothes. Where do they find there employees or do they test for the most stupid. Customer service is important but that is something Kaiser lacks. If you get run over by a car Kaiser is great, but for routine medical stuff Kaiser really sucks an egg.
Pharmacy procedures are horrible. The 4 times this year I've seen a doctor, wait times have been pretty bad. Waiting anywhere from 50 minutes, to 3.5 hours. Maybe I was spoiled coming from HMSA and Straub. But I've gotten my medication late almost 50% of the time. Partially because they either lost the prescription and couldn't find it after it had been filled, or because they are only open a few hours on Saturday. If you can't come in in the morning, forget it. They're closed by noon! Also, forget about getting it the next day. They are closed on Sunday, as well. Even with this known inconvenient limitation, they refuse to fill your prescription one extra day early, they have done so repeatedly with me anyway.
Same day care is a joke only incompetent doctors help you. I have been in over 10 times and they show no respect for you or want to help you. And they just try to push you through and dont even try to help with your medical condition! Its at least a month and a half wait to go see my doctor witch is ridiculous. The pharmacy is also very slow, and wait times are ridiculous
They don't welcome you. All they're there for is to get paid. The front desk reception is rude as hell. Don't even have customer service. No wonder so mucb people goes to Costco. People like them has no class.

Currently looking at options for buying my own HMSA insurance, since my job only offers Kaiser at the present time.
Once I had to drive to an entirely different Kaiser location, and wait to see a same-day doctor to get a 3-day refill because "my doctor" has signed off on the refill, but the paper copy had not made it down to the pharmacy even after 3 days.
By far the most horrible experience I've had at a doctor's office. First they got my appointment time wrong, then the lady on the 2nd floor at the front desk cops a major attitude cause I took 2 minutes of her lunch break to set another appt. Definitely changing my medical. Definitely.
