Great place to train & good schedule with day time and evening classes. I wish I could get in to train a lot more, but since I've moved to a different area, it's not as easy anymore with my family and work schedule. Professor Rex is one of the best instructors around.
On vacation, my girlfriend and I stopped by for the morning class today. What a great crew, Rexie and Ronnie were so passionate, fun friendly and full of knowledge. Worked on a sequence of sweeps, some side control holding variations, and rolled with some top level guys. Great experience will definitely be back next time we come to Oahu.
Been training here for a year and a half now, and I'm here to stay!
