I am a hard stick, and the phlebotomist "Freya?" was fast and effecient, place is nice & neat, I gave a 4 because we waited 5+ minutes while 2 co-workers were chatting & my sister and I were the only ones there. Thankfully the girl I'm giving #twothumbsup to was not one of the chatty cathies.
