I came to the store so I can switch my carrier to Verizon. I was immediately helped by Amber. Everything went well until she had an issue with the payment in their computer. She asked her co-worker for help but the guy just keeps giving her attitude. It made me and my fiancee very uncomfortable that she wanted to leave the store. It took almost 2 hours for us to finally get my phone after she went through calls for support. Amber was very apologetic about the wait which I understood. Although I feel like the issue could've been resolved if her co-worker actually helped instead of blaming her that she did something wrong. Terrible showcase of behavior, especially in front of customers.

Holley was very knowable. She was able to answer all the questions I had about plans and phones. She made the whole process transferring my service extremely easy. Best experience I have ever had at a phone store.
