I understand that these stores can get busy but you have to pay attention to the phone lines too.
Apparently picking up the phone is not a thing the employees of this store have mastered, every time I call in no one picks up.

Won't answer the phone.
It's a good place to go pick up your games. Not my first choice of going, but still something to check out.
I called and They said they had the product I was looking for, then 10 minutes later when I came, "They didn't ever have it"
And every time I try to call in I call MULTIPLE times.
