Dr. Romero is such caring person. Also he is very intelligent which makes him a brilliant neurologist. It is not difficult to get an appointment with him.

Worse neurologist ever! In 2007 his staff forgot they had me waiting in the examining room. And when the he discovered the error i was told to return the next day for the appointment because they anout to start their xmas party?!smh Their error and my medical need was disregarded for a party. I ended up at the ER. Later to learn from mri that I had multiple tumors on my frontal lobe and temporal lobe.

Dr Romero is the consummate professional. His vast experience, knowledge base and kind demeanor make it a pleasure to review him. Highly recommended!

On October 23, 2017, My mom and my brother went to his appointment and docto asked her if my brother needs refill with his medication and my mom said yes. My parents waited for Longs Wahiawa’s txt saying his prescription is ready, but since yesterday November 6,2017, I called before Longs Drugs wahiawa to check if the doctor sent it at atleast, but they said no and can’t refill it till the doctor calls it in. I am sending this review because when my brother don’t have that complete medication he will seizure the whole time which is he did! Today November 7, 2017 at 10am I called the doctors office because they were closed yesterday and told them what happened and she said that she will call the pharmacy. So my dad called Longs drugs wahiawa and told my dad it wont be ready till November 9, 2017. So I called the doctors office again telling them this problem and said she will call the pharmacy again????? So i called longs drugs wahiawa again to confirm and they told me that they haven’t send any prescription to refill yet!!!! Do they even care that this is important???

He is a fairly good Dr. I have been with him going on 3 years no. I have insurance and y medication require me to have MRIs' because of my medication to stay atop of how I am doing. He says "it is expensive" and to that I say "I have insurance and that is what is for." I have been to the hospital a few times. I am going to ask again for a MRI and if I don't get it this time,. I'll change neurologists. The drug company recommends a MRI periodically to check how the MS is doing while on the medication. The Drs' are paid to help the patients manage their conditions and prescribe medication to help do that. How hard is it for them to follow instructions from the drug and insurance companies, when that is what they are paid to do?

They never apologized just was all to happy to start their xmas party SMFH

Never again! If they forgot me in the room, I sure don't want him to forget something more important and detrimental to my health.
