I moved back to Oahu from BI and it was my first time here. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and thorough. I was also looking for a OBGYN and the nurse gave me a referral to one. 5 stars:))
Went to Doctor because my ear is clogged and I can't hear. They said they would make a referral to a ear nose and throat Dr. because they weren't comfortable cleaning it. Two days have gone by, no referral and I've tried calling all day from 9:30 this morning to 11:23 with no answer. Not a place to go if you need help.
