She made what she have been one of the happiest days of our life into a day that left us with nothing but a sloppy ultrasound photo. It was the worst, most impersonal experience I've ever had during a PAP smear and ultrasound. I went to her for my first ultrasound for our first baby. I was 14 weeks pregnant. The whole 10 mins of our appt she only talked about me needing to get a referral for the next appt. And she was anything but gental during the PAP smear and never once asked if I was comfortable or ok, even though I "jumped" several times during. And the ultrasound was less than 30 seconds and since it was the first time we saw the baby and got to see it move I was quite emotional and happy but she literally said nothing to us and and barely told us the baby looked good (I had to ask) She never told us what the baby measured at or talked to us about anything we were looking at. And when I started to get teary and my husband got so happy, she said nothing printed a pic for us and turned it off. I will never ever go back to her.
