The ladies here are so kind and hilariously funny, especially after a long day. The facilities are great and access is controlled. Use of the facilities is during normal business hours only and there are cameras strategically placed throughout the area.
The prices are reasonable. Ask about deals and discounts. You can purchase the required lock onsite. Bring proof of home/renter's insurance to avoid buying their insurance for your items. They will explain all the fees. Bonus: they will accept mail if you're transitioning. Definitely recommended.
StorQuest Waipahu is the best storage I have used. The entire staff - sales reps and maintenance - are so very helpful and really go out of their way to help you. They also have a lot of carts for you to use and their rates are pretty reasonable.
Excellent staff , helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, family atmosphere. It's as if I'd known them for a long time now. I would recommend to friends and family to use StorQuest Waipahu for sure.
