Val and Maria were so helpful and nice. This was a great location for me and my girlfriend. They helped us save money for sure being that I only needed a unit for a month to find an apartment coming back from deployment.
Great staff who are very friendly and patient. They are very attentive to the maintenance of their property, even when lazy renters leave any trash they should have taken with them lying about. It is quickly cleaned up.
The place is very clean they do their best to surveillance the area. They also have high Gates to protect the cars that are inside. The place is very lit and there is automatic lights so that you don't need a flashlight while walking through the large Warehouse. Lights are very bright so that it shines inside each storage unit. The customer service is great. Their bathroom is also very clean near the office. There is lots of packing supplies of tape boxes and dividers or other fragile items that can be bought if forgotten to buy at the store.
We had an issue when we misplaced the keys to one of our locks from a previous storage unit I bought. They were able to check us out nevertheless and just cut the lock as a courtesy so we weren't charged any additional fee past our move out date. Highly recommend this location to anyone!

HOKU & MARIA are UNBELIEVABLE! I went in to the office today to ask/inquire about my crazy rental increase for my unit. Both of them listened to me, supported me, brainstormed options, and more ... what's the best news? They took initiative to see if I can get some assistance with my rate - AMAZING. I rec'd an email THE SAME DAY saying my rate has been adjusted. WHOA! These ladies are outstanding - and their service? BETTER than 5 stars! THIS is why I stay with this location!
