I have a love/hate relationship with this place.
So will I be back? I’m going to try my hardest to just go to the Pearlridge, but if I don’t find what I need there I’m sure I will be back.
2) On top of it being hot AF in the store, there was only one associate to help all the customers the 3 times I went there. My shoe size is in the back of the store and whenever I needed anything, I would have to walk to the front where the associate was standing in front of the fan (I don’t blame them) and ask for assistance.
What I hate it… 1) The last few times I was here the AC was out and it was a horrible shopping experience here. I for real got heat exhaustion shopping here, I left that store nauseated and dizzy.
3) Once I was ready to purchase, they didn’t know how to apply my coupons properly. One time, she gave me 40% of the cheapest item after I told her I wanted to do different transactions to avoid that from happening. Another time she wouldn’t let me use my $3 survey coupon and my military discount. One or the other she said.
Why I love it… I always have better luck finding more styles and sales in my size here.
