Our family really benefited from Paradise Baby's service. We traveled with a toddler and a newborn to Oahu so we needed cribs, swing chair, newborn bathtub and diaper genie. I think we also rented a board and water toys. Everything was in perfect condition and delivery and pick up went very smooth. We will definitely use it again when we go back and are happy to recommend it to anyone who might need.
Easy to deal with. Items were set up for us upon arrival at the designated Hotel. Take down and removal was also great and flexible. An adorable stuffed turtle (Hawaii) was gifted to us (for the baby). Would definitely use services again and highly recommend.
Our next trip in May will be my third time using this company, and the service & products have always been great! I'm not thrilled with the new $200 minimum for free delivery, it used to be $100, so I ended up adding on some extras this time that weren't necessary. Overall it's still the best value for gear rentals in the area, and a reliable, consistent company. Love the wagons for lugging everything to the beach!
Totally worth it. My 9 month old daughter loved the crib and slept through the night. The company provided great communication and delivered at the time they promised. Good quality crib and mattress. Absolutely loved dealing with these guys. Travelling from Australia to Hawaii with a baby and a toddler it made the whole process smooth sailing which was all we needed. They dropped off and picked up all our hired gear and also left a gorgeous story book for our boys to take home! Just a perfect touch to our trip and no stress at all.
