Not professional. Not very experienced. Bad customer service. It was a big mistake to hire these guys.
At first they seemed pretty nice. However once the job was done and money paid, we could hardly reach them. We paid for light and fan wall switch replacement. They connected the light and fan wires wrong. Because of that after a few months, we had to replace 6 fans!!!! The motors were completely burnt. We also had to pay a professional electrician to troubleshoot all the light switches and fix the wiring. We had to pay more than $1,000 for everything including the new fans. I have contacted them twice. The 1st time they offered to install the fans at 50% discount $75 per fan.... They were supposed to fix their mistakes for free...... Once I told them that, they just stopped replying.
Out of several projects (Hawaii State Government) I've worked with or managed, BCS has always under-promised and over-delivered on their scope of work. Their bar for quality and professionalism has been set high and all downstream customer realize this. Will continue to work with this company for many future projects.
