How is this government agency supposed to help their customers when their phone doesn't work & their voicemail stays full 24-7? Their not in the business to helping or making a difference! If anything they are apart of the problem along with the system that keeps the poor poor and so on! At least play the part and get your phones to work than you can go back to ignoring the publics calls!
Horrible , got here 10am didn't get helped till 3pm even with all the workers on Hand. They take there sweet ass time , take lunch even though lines are out the door . Very bad service , needs new management!
i would really give them no stars. i had an interview over the phone and got approved a few days later got a letter in the mail saying everything will stop. so i went down to the office waited almost 4 hours to be seen just for them to say she doesnt know why that letter was sent out and everything was good. Dam that would have saved everyone time if people would do there dam job correctly

I've turned my application in a month ago and was told to call for an interview but they're mailbox is always full and then I got a letter in the mail saying that my application will be denied if I don't call them in 30 days... It isn't my fault. I've left 6 messages within the last week to multiple extensions and still haven't got a call back. I've even called Kapolei's processing center and they called me back within an hour! Kapolei said they have different rules and ways of the process for ebt so they can't speak for them. Wish I could give no stars.
