Got an awesome surprise birthday morning at the Kunia Spa location from the fiance. Really friendly staff that not only make you feel relaxed and welcome, but was perfect in everyway from the pedicure, to the deep tissue massage & the fresh fade. Definitely will be back.
Annie is the best! I go to this salon regularly for hair care (cuts and color) as well as wax services. Generally more affordable than other salons and they've always done an exceptional job. We've also booked several couples' spa experiences and have always been impressed by quality and professionalism. Laid back, clean and nice. Highly recommend!
Got a couples massage a few months ago and it was amazing! Good enough to want to go back a second time.. unfortunately the second time was awful. The ladies were extremely unprepared and unprofessional. I called in for a couples massage deep tissue, the same as the previous massage we got. The ladies that did our massages barely put enough pressure to rub in the lotion. They were trying to talk to us during the massage.. normally that's fine just not when you're trying to relax. I was extremely disappointed with my massage but I was okay with it because I was hoping my boyfriend was getting a good deep tissue massage. They gave us the option to leave our underwear on or take them off.. he told me he should have just took them off because the lady that did his pulled his underwear down and hand on hand repeatedly rubbed his butt. He didn't get a "deep tissue" either. He said the most pressure he got was on his butt. He didn't say anything because he didn't want to offend me because I was the one getting us the spa day.. I'm so extremely disappointed and upset with the entire experience and will NEVER recommend or go back to Bella Viva.

Bellaviva is personable, understanding and very concerned with your needs above all else. Their constant care throughout any treatment is something that can't be beat.
