Over hearing the staff saying to use bbq sauce instead of cinnamon for the crazy bites and how that "we're not going to know." How terrible is that. They should keep their voices down just a lot because outside can hear them all.
One of the worst retail customer service experiences ever. Every other Little Caesar's you walk in and pay for your Hot and Ready Pizza and walk out. It's called Hot and READY. 30 minutes for a pepperoni pizza and they didn't say anything before I ordered. The employees had no clue, it looked like everyone's first day on the job. This location is a joke.
Made a phone order and spoke with Dave (or David) had a few questions and he said "i dont have time for this" i asked for a manager, he said hes the owner. i was shocked and said "sorry, ill just take the 2 peperonis" after hanging up, i realized why should i be sorry, and how could he say that to me? I called back and canceled, but i wanted to have them make it for nothing, but thats not my style
I went there last week hoping they had a hot and ready pepperoni pizza during dinner time they told me gotta wait 10 minutes,figured why they didn't just have 3 in the warmer,it is gonna get sold eventually during dinner rush,so I left.I came back today same time and NOW they told me I gotta wait 18 minutes for a pepperoni pizza,I was like they gotta have a good structure on running this business (Hot not Ready) should be called...and I still left,I called them back wanting to speak to their manager for false advertisement.
Now that Kmart is gone from Waikele this is the closest little Caesar's near me. Seems best to call in ahead of time. Love the crazy bread, they don't overcook it like kmarts little Caesar's.
