Ordered a 3 topping pan and got 5 pepperoni and I found 1 onion and a few mushrooms, other than that it was mostly cheese and bread, on my wife's pizza they gave her a topping we didn't even order so she actually got 4 toppings. 35$ for basically one pizza 98% correct
The driver showed up with a free pizza coupon – followed up by an apology postcard and yet another free pizza coupon. Neither of which I was expecting or demanding.
It took over an hour to have my pizza delivered on a busy Saturday. I was a little annoyed while waiting, but this store really owned the error and made it right.
Very fast.. I ordered chocolate chip cookie.. they helped me as fast as they can.. cookies are hot abd fresh.. highly recommended
I kid you not, this team just delivered the most picturesque form of a pizza. When it was delivered, it was done with the utmost professionalism. The pizza tasted as good as it looked too (BBQ Chicken well done extra cheese). This is my second time ordering from them, first time was okay, this time made up for it completely. Bravo.
In the restaurant business, some days you are shortstaffed, some days machines break or you just get rushed by customers… The important thing is how you handle disappointed customers during those obstacles. B+
