Lost my ring at the beach, and stopped by Zales at Waikele, since we were shopping there anyways.
I hope you won't get fooled by their phony discounts.
This place is amazing! My husband bought me a new ring, not from Zales, that was a size too big and we were leaving for a 2 week vacation in one week. I called and they told me it might be ready in time but they weren't 100% sure. So I went to the store and was helped by Cori, who was super sweet from the minute I walked in. She told me the same thing that she wasn't 100% sure it would be ready on time but she would help me track it and at the very least it would be done the day I had to leave for vacation. And to my great surprise my ring(s), I had them re-size 2, were both done in 2 days, and she even gave me a 10% discount! I was so excited! Cant thank you guys enough for the quick turn around and I now get to wear my rings even earlier, and they look and fit great!! Thank You So Much!!
A couple of days later we were at a different mall, I stopped by Zales there to see what the price for my ring was - $149 !!! No discounts, no bull#$%^, $149 !!!
