Our landlords wanted to use this company. They came and installed a water heater timer for us. The timer kept tripping the circuit breaker and we needed them to come back out to fix the issue. The guy who came was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, both times they refused to come at a specific time and made us sit home for a 5 hour window...like they are the Cable company or something. The receptionist was very rude and hard to understand. It is clear customer service/satisfaction is not a priority for them. I would not recommend them to anyone! There are plenty of other options on the island that would provide better service!
I'm a property manager and we use Wada's Service all the time! It's a family business and the two brothers are really knowledgeable, and their trouble shooting skills are some of the fastest that I've seen. They fix almost all major appliances. The only drawback is that there's only two of them and I guess too many jobs so it takes time to get an appointment.
