I entered and was given no greeting what so ever. After sitting there for 30mins, two guys come along and they've been greeted and asked if they're getting their haircut. Then that lady went back to her client, leaving me still with no greeting and no acknowledgement of getting a haircut. I LEFT VERY UPSET. I drove to Waipahu Fantastic Sams and gotten a haircut right away. Anyway if there's anyone here looking to get their haircut at Supercuts by Costco, I strongly advise you to avoid this place.
The AC was broken. But the stylist kept everything cool and the service was great! Thank you Ladies!
STAY AWAY. I have been coming here over a year and the past few months the quality has gone down the drain. I just went in today (7/25/12) and told the lady exactly what I wanted and I got the opposite. I told her I wanted a tapered cut, with a medium cut on top so I can style, and wanted no sideburns so the area above your ear is cut straight. What I got instead was a buzz cut, sideburn was cut diagonal and the top was cut way too short. She never stopped to ask how it was so far so she just kept cutting away, since I wear glasses I couldnt see what she had already done. After she showed me the mirror, I just paid her and left as I didnt want her to ruin it any further. This is the last time I go to ANY supercuts. They have lost mine and my family's business. STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
