I live in Florida and my fiancé and daughter live in Ewa Beach HI, it's hard to find a place that will deliver! This is a local Hawaiian Florist that has come through for me on every occasion with amazing service on time delivery and beautiful fresh flowers! I couldn't be happier and more greatful for the service I got last minute today as an order from another company canceled my order... Kalena was professional, pleasant, and extremely helpful and made my last minute order possible and perfect! Thank you guys and especially Kalena today- I will stick with you guys moving forward!
I have used this company for my wedding and let me just say: They really know their stuff. We walked in, not knowing a lily from a daisy and walked out knowing that lilies and orchids are my favorite flowers and they will be EVERYWHERE at my wedding. Tania is amazing, she knows which flowers work well, and is so patient and understanding of your budget. I highly reccomend her, escpecially if you need a lot of help planning your wedding florals.
A few days after receiving a beautiful tropical arrangement from Watanabe Floral, the arrangement quickly started to die. I decided to write the company under their guest service tab, located on the website that evening to inquire if I was taking proper care of the plant. The next morning, I received a phone call from them explaining to me that I was doing everything correctly, but they insisted on delivering a new arrangement to me free of charge. The arrangement was delivered to me about 2 hours later, along with a follow up call to be sure I was satisfied. I was very impressed with their company and really apperciated the excellent costumer service. Thanks Watanabe Floral!
Called to order an arrangement for my mother's birthday and was worried it wouldn't be delivered for her today. I wanted carnations but didn't know how to have the florist just make something up for me so I placed an order online and it was delivered within 2 HOURS!!!!! Totally only using this place to order flowers for my mom. I live in Seattle and it was so easy to do business with these guys. Looking forward to ordering often! Thanks Watanabe Floral!!!
