The staff is friendly, prompt, and they work wonderfully with both myself and my special needs child! I live in Mililani but still drive to the Kunia office for the wonderful staff in this office!
Going to the dentist can be nerve racking if you hadn't been going to your regular visits for years. I went to The Smiling Place and they were awesome. The front office staff are super friendly and welcoming. I needed a deep cleaning the dental hygienist that worked on me was great. He got the job done, checked on me throughout the whole process and educated me on how to take care of my chompers as well. So glad to have my teeth in the care of The Smiling Place.
I was had a cavity filled by Dr. Mukai and 2 weeks later my entire mouth hurt. I called and they got me in right away everything looked good, so I went to my Primary Dr . As it turns out I had a sinus infection, Dr Mukai knew i was flying out soon and she called to make sure everything was ok. I truly appreciated the follow up!
I have been very happy since I have come to the Smiling Place. The office staff are always friendly and accommodating.
