Customer service was excellent. I got a choice of three different vehicle's to choose from. Car was a little dirty, but that wasn't a biggie. Would I rent from them again, I sure would.
This year is the first time I'd had to get a rental for an auto claim. I was rear-ended on the freeway and the other person's insurance covered the cost of the rental which was very nice. I transferred the reservation from Hertz at Enterprise in the Tony Group Autoplex and they picked me up from Tony Collision and took care of me at their office. They were incredibly friendly and quick. Highly recommended.
This location is perfect for whenever I visit from the mainland and stay in Mililani. They have me checked in and driving out in a snap. I won't rent from anywhere else.
