Absolutely terrible! Rude, obnoxious, abhorrently demeaning... If you're looking for a place offering peace, relaxation and rejuvenation - keep looking; you won't find it here. All you will find is, anger, strife, frustration added grey hairs, and a diminished life-span. Received a Groupon and scheduled the appointment; it was then cancelled with an automated email response; requested help through many mediums: 10 calls, a few voicemails, and a couple of emails -- no response. I then decide to go and ask for help in person on the hour and date of my original scheduled appointment. The place was locked, but there was a sign to enter through the salon next door; I did so, noticed the person sitting behind the desk staring at their phone. I waited for a greeting - none came, so I sat down in the waiting chair. After 15 minutes I asked the person to help me with an appointment for D's Massage, she got up from the desk, went next door and returned with who appeared to be the owner. Without me saying my name, appointment time, or any other sort of indicator besides, "Hi, I have a Groupon," She vociferates, "Your appointment was canceled!" I'm then told to wait in this cramped area that seemed like it was a storage room; 6 minutes later she tells me, "I won't help you, you need to reschedule the appointment online." I responded that I had done so, and it was cancelled; I also informed her of my many, many attempts to ask for help. She acknowledged that she received my requests but ignored them since it's a "straight forward process," and she "shouldn't have to help me schedule it." She makes a snide remark about having to hold my hand through the process. I inform her, "You seem to be having a bad day; I feel like you're giving me attitude." She indignantly responds, "I'm not giving you attitude!" I say, "I feel as though you are." To which she yells at me to leave. I then say, "May I please have a refund?" "Take it up with Groupon!" she retorts. I will.
This place is awesome! D's did a very good job with all my stiff and sore muscles! The place is clean and relaxing. The staff were all smiling and welcoming. I extremely recommend this place to all the people who needs relaxation.

I had a great experience here as a first time customer. The entrance is through the salon right next door and the women working there were very friendly when I walked in. The massage was amazing and very tailored to my needs. The owner was very good at making sure I was comfortable the entire visit. Very relaxing experience and I would recommend, especially living on this side of the island it's an added bonus to not have a long drive or hunting for parking downtown somewhere.
