The worst service I have ever experienced! The tax preparer has NO idea how to prepare the taxes. She had to keep calling her manager to figure out what to do then the manager said he has no time to come right now to wait 30 minutes! I am so irritated!! I wish I didn't have to give a star at all because this is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
